Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Nolimithostinger and any individual or legal entity subscribing to hosting, domain registration, server, or related services.

Nolimithostinger provides, among others:

• Shared web hosting
• VPS hosting
• Domain registration and management
• Professional email services
• SSL certificates
• Optional backup services

By placing an order on the site, the client fully accepts these Terms of Sale. The client must tick the box: "I have read and accept the Terms of Sale"

Prices are indicated in the currency displayed on the site. Nolimithostinger reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable is the one in effect at the time of the order.

Payment is due at the time of order. In case of non-payment:

• Service suspension after 3 days
• Permanent deletion after 30 days

Services are automatically renewed unless canceled by the client before the due date.

Due to the digital nature of services, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service is activated.

The client can terminate services at any time from their account dashboard. No refunds will be issued for partially used periods.

Nolimithostinger's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client over the last three (3) months.

All disputes fall under the competent courts in the country where Nolimithostinger is domiciled.
